Fulwood Quality of Service

Since it was set up, the service division has acquired in-depth skills and experience in the execution of planned preventative maintenance programmes and this experience has determined that we employ direct, quality tradesmen skilled in all services disciplines.

The company’s success is founded on its reputation for good service and this high standard is achieved through concentrating on four key factors: quality; professionalism; cost efficiency and reliability.

A team of skilled service fitters and experienced engineers provide service and maintenance which is backed by the technical and administrative resources of the company. Fulwood promotes a continuous policy of training to ensure our engineers and staff are aware of developments in technology, and the requirement of Health, Safety and Security at work.

All contracts enjoy the benefit of our emergency service which is resourced by our own skilled operatives at all times, 365 days a year. In the event of out of hours call-outs a service supervisor is first contacted, who will establish the nature of the emergency and will then direct the appropriate engineer to deal with the call.

Fulwood Service have implemented a Quality Assurance system in accordance with the recommendations of ISO 9002. All maintenance is carried out using first class materials, by skilled service fitters, and backed up by qualified specialist service engineers.

We are members of CORGI (Confederation of Registered Gas Installers) and all gas operatives have current gas safety certificates. Refrigeration engineers have safe handling certificates to ensure that a duty of care to the environment is maintained on all sites.

We are committed to our future and to the future of our industry. For every six of our engineering staff a trainee is given a Modern Apprenticeship. We are members of the HVCA (Heating and Ventilating Contractors Association) and BSI (British Standards Institute).
