Fulwood have been established since 1972 as Mechanical Services Engineers, carrying out the design and installation of heating, ventilating, air conditioning and pipe work services on a wide range of building services projects.

In 1984 the maintenance division was set up to cater for the increasing demand for service and maintenance required for these installations.
Since that time the maintenance division has been developed to become the core business of the company, and now represents the main activity and source of turnover. The company is now dedicated to carrying out maintenance.
